Customer Service & Account Support Representative

Pay:
T raining Period (First 2 weeks): $15.00 - $18.00/hr

Post-Training: $10.00/hr base pay plus commission on the existing accounts you service.
Average Expected Earnings: $800 - $1,200 per week. (Commission is earned on existing clients calling in—upselling is entirely optional extra income! Uncapped Commission Structure as well!)

  • Monday - Friday

  • 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, helpful, and energetic Customer Service & Account Support Representative to take care of our existing client base. In this role, there is absolutely ZERO cold calling. Instead, you will be the go-to person for our current customers when they call in to place orders, ask questions, or check inventory.

This is a unique, dynamic role where you won't just be sitting behind a desk all day. You'll get to be hands-on, occasionally heading out into our warehouse to connect with customers via FaceTime to show them products in real-time. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls from established customers to assist with orders, reorders, and product inquiries.

  • Virtual Product Walks: Happily jump up from your desk and head into the warehouse to show customers our inventory live via FaceTime when requested.

  • Relationship Building: Maintain warm, positive connections with our current client base so they always feel taken care of.

  • Optional Upselling: Recommend complementary products or promotions to clients while you already have them on the phone. (This is never forced, but it's a great way to put extra commission in your pocket!)

  • Order Management: Process customer orders accurately using our computer system and keep detailed account notes.

  • Problem Solving: Provide exceptional service by resolving customer questions or concerns professionally and patiently.

Qualifications

  • People First: Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or account support is highly valued.

  • Tech & Camera Comfortable: Comfortable using a smartphone for FaceTime video calls and navigating basic computer systems for order entry.

  • On-Your-Feet Readiness: Willing and able to walk the warehouse floor throughout the day to inspect and showcase products.

  • Great Communicator: A patient, professional, and friendly phone presence.

  • Team Player: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude.
