Long-Term Temp to Hire
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative for a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity in Milford, CT.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience in a manufacturing environment who can manage customer accounts, coordinate orders, support sales teams, and ensure an excellent customer experience from quote to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts and daily customer service activities
- Generate quotes and coordinate order entry
- Review orders for accuracy and communicate requirements internally
- Serve as liaison between customers, sales, engineering, quality, and manufacturing
- Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain CRM and ERP system accuracy
- Prepare customer quotes, proposals, and account updates
- Monitor account activity and support sales forecasting
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues quickly
Qualifications
- 5 years of customer service experience
- Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred
- Aerospace and automotive industry experience preferred
- Experience with Paperless Parts, PipeDrive, and Syteline is a strong plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Microsoft Teams
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
