Custodian / Grounds Maintenance

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian / Grounds Maintenance Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout both the office and shop. As part of the divisional support team, you will assist with a variety of facility maintenance and general support tasks while working independently and alongside other team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all common areas throughout the office and shop on a daily basis.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles and safely handle or move containers weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Perform landscaping and groundskeeping duties to maintain the exterior appearance of the property.
- Assist with miscellaneous facility support tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
