Overview
Client is seeking a CRM Platform Specialist to support CRM platform administration, data management, and operational support activities. This role will assist with SAP CRM and Salesforce.com support, user administration, data governance, lead operations, campaign support, and CRM-related ticket resolution.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform routine CRM administration tasks, including user setup, permissions, and role management.
- Monitor CRM system health and troubleshoot user-reported issues.
- Support CRM ticket intake, triage, and resolution.
- Maintain and update system documentation and knowledge base resources.
- Execute data imports, exports, and updates using approved tools.
- Perform ongoing data maintenance across Leads, Accounts, and related CRM objects.
- Support data quality activities, including deduplication, validation, and governance processes.
- Support account hierarchy management, including parent-child relationship cleansing.
- Assist with data audits and reporting requests.
- Act as Level 1 triage for inbound lead form submissions.
- Perform basic QA on lead routing and scoring rules.
- Support campaign and lead data management activities.
- Track and report on key operational metrics.
- Partner with CRM product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and project check-ins as applicable.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and risks clearly.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
- CRM platform administration and support experience.
- Experience supporting Salesforce.com and/or SAP CRM.
- Experience with user setup, permissions, role management, and CRM support tickets.
- Experience with CRM data imports, exports, updates, and data maintenance.
- Experience supporting Leads, Accounts, and related CRM objects.
- Understanding of data quality, deduplication, validation, and governance processes.
- Experience with lead routing, lead scoring QA, inbound lead processing, campaign data, or lead operations.
- Ability to work with CRM product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
