Starting at $19.00+/hour
Schedule:
Monday – Friday |1st Shift
Overtime:
Frequent overtime available, including Saturdays
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling products using hand and power tools while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Read and use measuring devices, including a tape measure to 1/16-inch accuracy.
- Measure and Client out materials according to specifications.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare finished products for shipment, including labeling when needed.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other production and assembly tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or production experience preferred.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Must pass a tape measure/measurement test.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts and overtime as needed.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Steel-toe boots are required.
