Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Production Assembler in our Couplings Department. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient assembly of couplings and related components in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble couplings and production components according to specifications
- Use hand tools and production equipment during assembly processes
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Load and unload materials throughout the production process
- Maintain production goals and daily quotas
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Steel toe shoes required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good attendance and teamwork skills required
