Couplers Assembly Operator – 1st Shift
Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Couplers Department on 1st shift. This position is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging coupler products while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble coupler components according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure specifications are met.
- Operate basic assembly equipment and hand tools safely.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Maintain accurate production records as required.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Basic math and measurement skills are a plus.
