Job Summary
The Couplers / Assembly position is responsible for assembling and inspecting products and components used in manufacturing. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a production environment, and reliable attendance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble couplers and related components according to production specifications.
- Operate basic production equipment and hand tools as trained.
- Inspect finished products for quality and proper assembly.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Lift, move, and handle materials as required.
- Meet daily production and quality standards.
- Work effectively as part of a production team.
- Report quality or equipment concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment.
Work Environment
Fast-paced manufacturing environment. Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures and maintain quality and productivity standards.
Pay:$17.00/hour
Schedule:
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
