Couplers Assembly – Production Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join our Couplers Assembly team. This position is responsible for assembling couplers and related components while following safety, quality, and production standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble couplers and components according to work instructions.
- Use basic hand tools and production equipment.
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
- Package and label completed products as required.
- Complete required production paperwork and documentation.
- Communicate any quality, equipment, or production issues to the supervisor.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required for the position.
