The Corporate Recruiter's primary responsibilities are to source, interview, select and place applicants for all internal Nesco Resource roles. You will perform wide variety of HR Tasks including those related to compensation,benefitsand contract negotiations.
Primary Responsibilities

Independently source and recruit applicants

Screen, interview and select candidates for interviews

Interview and select candidates for assignment or play a significant role in recommending the candidate for hire

Negotiate salary, wages and/or benefits between the hiring manager and candidates
-
Strategy Sessionswith hiring managers to determine job specifics and establish sourcing strategy
-
Interpret job descriptions
-
Source for and anticipate future job openings through frequent contact with hiring manager throughout the organization and between both lines of business

Enter pre-qualified candidates, job postings and notes in the company's candidate database
-
List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other available channels

Arrange in-person interviews with hiring manager

Instruct applicants on nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview

Inform candidate of company's hiring decision

Compose offer packages including offer letters

Maintain data and documentation

Talk with civic, social, and other professional groups to provide information concerning job possibilities

Campus recruitment

Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools
Successful Candidate Attributes

Bachelors or Associates Degree (preferred)

Previous experience recruiting
