Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support the continued growth and transformation of our Services organization. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract top talent across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and continuously looks for opportunities to improve recruiting processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Recruit for a variety of positions within Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner.
- Help strengthen Talent Acquisition capabilities through effective processes, collaboration, and technology.
- Contribute to the development and sharing of recruiting best practices across the Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
- Develop and support talent programs that align with business objectives and workforce planning initiatives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Maintain a customer-focused, consultative approach while exercising professionalism, accountability, and integrity.
- Take ownership of personal and professional development while contributing to overall team success.
Qualifications
- Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments preferred.
- Experience recruiting for Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, or other professional positions preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present recruiting data and metrics.
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and a consultative approach to recruiting.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
