Pay rate - $24.50
We are seeking a Corporate Benefits Specialist to support the daily administration of employee benefits programs. This role works with employees, internal teams, and benefit vendors to maintain accurate enrollments, resolve questions, and support a positive employee experience.
What You’ll Do

Administer medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, well-being, COBRA, Section 125, retirement, and other voluntary benefit programs.

Process benefit elections and changes for new hires, qualifying life events, leaves of absence, and beneficiary updates.

Respond to employee and manager questions, working with Payroll, Legal, and benefit vendors to resolve issues.

Support annual open enrollment, including system preparation, employee communications, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.

Maintain benefit records and plan documents; monitor file feeds and prepare reports.

Review vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.

Support benefits system updates, process improvements, and new initiatives.

Stay informed about benefit trends and recommend improvements to programs and employee support.
Qualifications

Five years of Human Resources experience, including experience in a benefits administration role, required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with five or more years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills.

Ability to coordinate with employees, internal departments, and external benefit providers.
