Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, resolving any payment industries, and maintaining strong banking relationships
- Perform cost accounting duties and inventory reconciliations
- General ledger management including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Managing the month-end close processes including accruals and bank recs
- Assist in the annual budget, forecasting, and financial analytics
- Supervise an accounting staff including review, training, and development
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Associates Degree with relevant experience will be considered
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry preferred
- Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Excel
- Excellent communicative and organizational skills
