Warehouse Associate II
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Warehouse Associate II to support daily distribution center operations, including receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping. This role requires strong attention to detail, a focus on safety and quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, stage, store, pick, pack, and ship products
- Transport and stage materials throughout the warehouse
- Pull and prepare shipping orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Complete data entry, merchandise scan-ins, and inventory counts
- Build shipping boxes based on product size, weight, and contents
- Create shipping labels for multiple carriers and assist with international waybills when needed
- Use warehouse computer systems to consolidate orders and complete commercial invoices
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation
- Inspect and properly use pallet jacks, lifts, and basic warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S standards
- Report equipment issues or needed repairs
- Participate in cross-training and support department productivity and quality goals
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
- Comfortable using RF scanners, computers, tablets, and warehouse systems
- Comfortable operating powered equipment, including forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when required
- Ability to work within established productivity and quality standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred:
- Forklift experience
- Stack picker experience
- Manual pallet jack experience
- OSHA 10 or related safety training
