Warehouse Associate II

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Warehouse Associate II to support daily distribution center operations, including receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping. This role requires strong attention to detail, a focus on safety and quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify, stage, store, pick, pack, and ship products
  • Transport and stage materials throughout the warehouse
  • Pull and prepare shipping orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems
  • Complete data entry, merchandise scan-ins, and inventory counts
  • Build shipping boxes based on product size, weight, and contents
  • Create shipping labels for multiple carriers and assist with international waybills when needed
  • Use warehouse computer systems to consolidate orders and complete commercial invoices
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation
  • Inspect and properly use pallet jacks, lifts, and basic warehouse equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S standards
  • Report equipment issues or needed repairs
  • Participate in cross-training and support department productivity and quality goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
  • Comfortable using RF scanners, computers, tablets, and warehouse systems
  • Comfortable operating powered equipment, including forklifts
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when required
  • Ability to work within established productivity and quality standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Forklift experience
  • Stack picker experience
  • Manual pallet jack experience
  • OSHA 10 or related safety training
