Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate II to support daily distribution center operations. This role is responsible for receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping products while maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and accuracy. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with strong attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, pick, pack, stage, and ship products accurately and efficiently. Pull and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems. Build shipping boxes based on product size, weight, and contents. Create shipping labels and commercial invoices using multiple computer systems.Required Qualifications

- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
- Perform inventory transactions, merchandise scan-ins, and data entry.
- Safely transport materials using pallet jacks and powered equipment.
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety and 5S standards.
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions to support production goals.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Comfortable operating powered warehouse equipment or willing to be trained.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and using RF scanners or warehouse systems.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience operating forklifts, stack pickers, or manual pallet jacks.
- RF scanner and inventory control experience.
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain through company training).
