Job description:
Well-established property management firm is seeking an experienced Condominium/Homeowner Association Property Manager to assume the oversight of an existing portfolio in the NE Ohio Region.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day community association operations
- Regular property visits and inspection
- Contractor oversight
- Regular/Annual Board Meeting attendance
- Annual budget preparation/presentation
- Financial review to ensure expenses in line with approved budget
- Unit Owner correspondence
Successful Candidate will possess:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Diplomatic
- Motivated
- Computer proficient
- Balanced, and confident.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' Property Management experience
- Minimum of 3 years' Project Management experience
- College degree preferred, but not required
