Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Repair Technician to perform a variety of repair, renovation, and maintenance tasks within commercial buildings. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in one or more construction or maintenance trades. All work is local—no overnight travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Concrete repair and finishing
- Carpentry
- Metal stud framing
- Drywall installation and repair
- Painting
- FRP panel installation
- Commercial doors and hardware
- Acoustic ceiling systems
- Flooring installation
- Cabinetry installation and repair
- General commercial building maintenance and repairs
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- GED or High School Diploma required (college degree not required)
- Basic technology skills (ability to use a tablet, laptop, or smartphone)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing job-related physical tasks
- Hourly pay negotiable based on experience
