Coffee & Tea Extraction Operator
Job Summary:   Entry-level position supporting production and logistics operations. Responsible for material handling, equipment operation, inventory tasks, packaging, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Load, transfer, and store materials using forklifts, pumps, and hoses.
• Operate production equipment, including blending tanks and distillation units.
• Record equipment readings and production/quality information.
• Label and package products.
• Perform cleaning, sanitation, cycle counts, and inventory data entry.
• Assist with shipping/receiving as needed.
• Follow GMP, safety, and company procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Forklift/Hazmat certification a plus.
• Basic math, measurement, communication, and documentation skills.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods; climbing, kneeling, and working in heights/confined spaces may be required.
• Production environment with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and wet conditions.
• No travel required.
