What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment and assist with machine setup and operation.
- Mix materials and prepare slurry according to production specifications.
- Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Read work instructions, machine diagrams, and production documents.
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment.
- Identify damaged or defective materials and report issues to supervisors.
- Keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures while working with production materials and chemicals.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Good reading, basic math, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent attendance and reliability are required.
- Ability to work safely around industrial chemicals.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety guidelines.
