7:45 AM – 8:00 PM
12 Hour shifts
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Co-Packing Associates to join a manufacturing team responsible for packaging feminine hygiene products. This is a light industrial position in a clean production environment focused on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Package feminine hygiene products according to customer specifications.
- Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
- Assemble retail packaging and prepare products for shipment.
- Label, seal, and pack finished products into boxes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and good attendance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
