1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay:$28.00 - $34.00/hour DOE
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay:$28.00 - $34.00/hour DOE (includes $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd Shift)
POSITION OVERVIEW
We're seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing Machine Center team in Tulsa. This is a hands-on role for a skilled machinist who can program, set up, edit, and operate CNC equipment while producing high-quality steel components to exact specifications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Program, edit, set up, and operate CNC machining centers producing steel components
• Work primarily with 3-axis vertical milling machines utilizing Fanuc controls
• Edit existing programs and make adjustments to hole locations, quantities, dimensions, and machining parameters as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing specifications
• Select, install, and adjust tooling for production runs
• Optimize feeds, speeds, tooling, and machine settings for quality and efficiency
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and production issues to minimize downtime
• Operate manual radial drills and other shop equipment as required
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, productivity, and safety
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of recent CNC programming, setup, editing, and machining experience
• Strong experience with Fanuc controls and G-code programming
• Experience operating and programming 3-axis vertical milling machines
• Ability to edit existing CNC programs and make production adjustments
• Strong blueprint reading and dimensional interpretation skills
• Experience producing precision-machined parts while maintaining tight tolerances
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience operating manual radial drills
• Manufacturing experience working with steel components
