2nd Shift – Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Pay:$20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable CNC Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Shelton. This role involves operating CNC equipment to produce precision parts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines according to work instructions
- Load and unload parts
- Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
- CNC or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working 2nd shift hours
