We're seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join a growing manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years of CNC experience or recent graduates of a CNC machining certificate program looking to gain hands-on experience in a production environment.
What You'll Do:
- Operate CNC machines according to production specifications
- Load and unload materials and finished parts
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
- Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents
- Maintain accurate production records
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company quality and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of CNC operating experience preferred
- Recent CNC certificate program graduates encouraged to apply
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
