We're looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality, precision parts and enjoys hands-on work. In this role, you'll set up and operate CNC lathes, read blueprints, make program adjustments, and use measuring tools to ensure everything meets exact specifications. You'll also troubleshoot issues, keep your workspace organized, and work closely with a supportive team to improve processes and efficiency. We're seeking someone with at least two years of experience who is comfortable with setups, edits, and working with tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and optimize NL and NLX lathe with Fanuc controls
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate part production
- Make program edits and offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of CNC lathe machining experience,
- Hands-on experience, including setup and program editing
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Experience working with tight tolerances and short production runs
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Shift: 1 st Shift — Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM– 3:30 PM
Pay:$25–$28/hour (based on experience)
