We are
seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join an established manufacturing team in Willoughby, OH that values craftsmanship, quality, and teamwork.
Job Requirements:
- Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC vertical milling machines; experience with 5-axis mills and manual Bridgeport machines is highly valuable.
- Ability to read G&M codes, adjust machine offsets, select appropriate tooling, and edit CNC programs as needed.
- Strong blueprint-reading skills and experience using calipers, micrometers, height stands, and surface plate layout equipment.
- Experience machining cast aluminum and plastics, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to meeting quality specifications.
- Ability to follow production schedules, document production accurately, perform routine machine maintenance, handle materials safely, and collaborate with supervisors and engineering teams.
