CNC Machinist

Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and turning machines.
- Perform machine setups, load parts, adjust offsets, make simple program edits, and operate CNC equipment.
- Inspect in-process and finished parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications and quality standards.
- Run multiple CNC machines as production demands require.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, including checking oils and coolant levels.
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- 3-5 years of CNC machining or CNC operating experience (aerospace manufacturing preferred).
- Experience with CNC equipment such as:
- Mills: Mazak, OKK, Niigata
- Lathes: Mazak, Puma
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and work specifications.
- Experience holding tight tolerances of ±.0005.
- Ability to load tooling, replace inserts, and adjust machine offsets.
- Proficient with precision measuring instruments including micrometers, height gauges, and calipers.
- Deburring experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass a preemployment screening
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday
Pay: $22-$28 (Based on Experience) | Overtime Available
