Job title: CNC Machinist
Location: Avon, OH

If you have experience with CNC mills, lathes, or waterjets and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and waterjets
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Produce quality parts according to specifications and process control plans
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and verify work before inspection
- Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues
- Monitor machining operations and communicate concerns with Operations and Engineering teams
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Track and report scrap and production irregularities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and properly utilize PPE
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience
- Experience with manufacturing troubleshooting and machine operations
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with measurements
- Basic computer proficiency
- High School Diploma or GED required
Shift: 3 rd shift (Sunday – Wednesday, 7p-530a)
Salary: $17 to $21 an hour based on experience
