CNC Machinist – Setup | 1st Shift & 2nd Shift
$28–$40 per hour | 2–3 Openings- Painesville
Precision is your strength. Put it to work. Nesco Resource is seeking skilled CNC Machinists for a precision manufacturing client. Bring your setup experience, technical skills, and pride in producing quality parts to this first-shift opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Set up new and repeat jobs from blueprints and job routers.
- Create programs at the machine using Fanuc G and M codes.
- Produce parts to tight tolerances and obtain first article approval.
- Monitor quality, change tooling, and adjust machine offsets.
- Inspect critical dimensions and complete production documentation.
- Prepare stable machining processes for handoff to operators.
- Maintain an organized workspace and communicate production issues.
What We're Looking For
- CNC machining experience.
- Proficiency with Fanuc G and M codes.
- Strong blueprint reading skills and knowledge of GD&T.
- Proficiency with precision inspection equipment.
- Strong math skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Preferred: 3+ years of CNC setup experience, multi-axis machine experience, and an aerospace or precision machining background.
