- CNC machine operators are trained to load and unload parts onto fixtures that are in machines that perform various machining operations. They are also responsible for quality checks of the parts to make sure the parts meet conformance :
- Load powdered metal parts into automated CNC machines.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality production.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify additional holes and dimensions meet specifications.
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
- Count, sort, and package completed parts for shipment.
- Meet daily production quotas while maintaining quality standards.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
