Starting pay $18+, with experienced candidates eligible for higher rates

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift:
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Description
- Set up, program and operate CNC grinding machines
- Use G-Code, Mastercam, or manufacturer-specific programming
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings and work instructions
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment including:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Comparators
- CMM equipment
- Additional inspection tools
- Verify all parts meet blueprint specifications and quality standards
- Monitor production flow, quality, and machine performance throughout each job
- Assist operators and trainees with machine setup, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Select the proper grinding wheels, tooling and fixtures for each job
- Preferred experience operating or setting up CNC grinding machines or other CNC machining equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of grinding processes, tooling selection and machining operations
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with G-Code, Mastercam, or CNC programming is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous CNC machining, CNC grinding, manufacturing, or precision machining experience preferred
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment
- Maintain close attention to detail while operating machinery and inspecting finished products
- Competitive starting pay of $18/hour or higher based on experience
