CMM Operator/ Entry Level
Starting at $18.00 per hour
Training Period — First Shift
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Training may last up to 90 days.
Regular Schedule — Second Shift
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented CMM Operator to inspect castings and ensure parts meet engineering and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CMM equipment and select appropriate inspection programs.

Read work instructions, technical drawings, and GD&T requirements.

Accurately document inspection results and generate reports.

Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy.

Identify and communicate non-conformances to Quality and Engineering.

Work with Quality and Production teams to resolve issues.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
2+ years of CMM operating experience.

Experience with PC-DMIS or Calypso.

Strong knowledge of technical drawings and GD&T.

Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Intermediate computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Basic knowledge of AS9100D and NADCAP standards.
