Nesco Inc. has selected Infor CSI as its primary ERP platform for its build-to-spec manufacturing companies and is actively initiating its second CSI implementation project. As the portfolio continues to grow, this role will serve as the internal ERP authority 2014 driving consistency, reducing implementation costs, and building sustainable long-term capability across all locations.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated ERP professional to serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary administrator for Infor SyteLine/CSI across multiple Nesco manufacturing entities. This is a high-impact, highly visible role offering the opportunity to shape ERP strategy, drive standardization, and lead transformation initiatives across seven companies.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Administration & Platform Ownership
- Assume full ownership of the SyteLine/CSI administration role across all Nesco manufacturing entities
- Manage system configuration, security, user access, and ongoing maintenance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues, escalations, and enhancements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Manage 3 rd party resources in support of ERP advancement efforts
- Develop and own a multi-company ERP strategy aligned with Nesco's operational and growth objectives
- Advise executive and business unit leadership on platform capabilities, limitations, and upgrade paths
- Evaluate and prioritize ERP enhancements and new module deployments across the portfolio
- Monitor Infor release cycles and assess impact on current configurations
Implementation & Project Leadership
- Serve as the internal project lead for ERP implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts
- Coordinate with Infor, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, and resources
- Develop project plans, status reporting, and risk mitigation strategies
Standardization & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to standardize business processes across Nesco manufacturing companies, where appropriate
- Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and redesign efforts in partnership with site leadership
- Drive operational efficiency improvements in inter-company processes, planning, quality, sourcing, and shop floor operations
- Provide ISO certification support and continuous improvement initiatives across locations
- Provide end-user training, onboarding materials, and ongoing coaching to reduce training costs
- Develop standardized training resources and knowledge base materials for ERP users at all levels
Data Management & Reporting
- Serve as the data expert for ERP-sourced information across the Nesco portfolio
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SyteLine/CSI reporting tools
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across all connected entities
AI, RPA & Digital Innovation
- Support the implementation and standardization of shop floor technologies integrated with SyteLine/CSI
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize production scheduling, WIP tracking, and labor reporting within the ERP
- Identify and address gaps between shop floor processes and ERP capabilities
- Actively identify opportunities to leverage AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to eliminate repetitive, manual tasks across manufacturing companies
- Partner with business leaders and IT to evaluate, pilot, and implement automation solutions
- Stay current on Infor's AI/ML capabilities and broader manufacturing technology trends
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine and/or Infor CSI in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience in ERP implementation, system administration, and version upgrades
- Proven ability to serve as an internal project lead on ERP-related initiatives
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes: production planning, procurement, quality, inventory, and financials
- Experience developing ERP training materials and delivering end-user training
- Proficiency with SyteLine/CSI reporting tools, data queries, and configuration
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Willingness and ability to travel between manufacturing sites in NE Ohio and Western Pennsylvania
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-site, multi-company ERP deployments
- Familiarity with Infor OS, ION, and related integration frameworks
- Experience with AI and/or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism) in a manufacturing context
