About the Opportunity
**Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.**We're looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join an enterprise Data & Analytics team focused on delivering reporting and business intelligence solutions across the organization. Primarily Project Management focused balanced with Business Analysis responsibilities. You'll partner with business leaders and technical teams to deliver reporting initiatives that improve visibility, support strategic decision-making, and help drive business performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple reporting and analytics projects from planning through delivery.
- Manage project schedules, risks, priorities, and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with BI developers and data teams to deliver dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support successful project releases.
- Help validate reporting accuracy and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Required
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- 2+ years of Project Management or Scrum Master experience.
- Experience leading BI, reporting, or analytics projects.
- Experience with Power BI or another enterprise reporting platform (Tableau, Qlik, Looker, SSRS, etc.).
- Experience working with large datasets and executive-level reporting.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- SQL and data modeling knowledge.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms and reporting architecture.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and Power Platform.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
