Summary of Position
The Business Analyst – Field Performance is responsible for analyzing business and field performance data, identifying operational opportunities, and translating findings into actionable solutions that improve productivity, profitability, and consistency across the organization. This role partners closely with VPs, Area Managers, Market Managers, Business Development Managers, Recruiters and Branch Administrators to evaluate processes, develop reporting and insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive measurable performance improvements.
Strategic Focus
The Business Analyst – Field Performance will analyze field performance, operational trends, financial results, and productivity metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. This role will connect performance to business and financial objectives, evaluate processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies, and develop reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs that provide actionable insights to leadership. The position will translate business needs into solutions while identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, standardization, and technology enhancements.
Reports to: Vice President of Operations, Director of Field Enablement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analysis of market and operational data to identify trends, root causes, performance gaps, and opportunities.

Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for leadership.

Establish and monitor KPIs and benchmarks to measure field and market performance.

Analyze relationships between sales, recruiting, service delivery, productivity, profitability, and other key business metrics.

Evaluate and improve business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.

Document current-state and future-state processes, business requirements, workflows, and recommendations.

Partner with VPs, Area Managers, Market Managers, Business Development Managers, Recruiting leaders, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions.

Provide analytical support for strategic plans, performance improvement initiatives, and market operating models.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, recruiting, sales, and service delivery.

Translate business requirements into functional requirements and support system enhancements.

Lead or support user acceptance testing, implementation, and validation of process and system changes.
-
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, including developing project plans, monitoring progress, and communicating results.

Present findings, recommendations, and performance insights to leadership.

Support the implementation and adoption of new processes, systems, and company initiatives.

Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and job aids.

Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations, or related field preferred.

5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, process improvement, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.

Staffing industry experience strongly preferred.

Experience with ATS, CRM, ERP, HRIS, payroll, or other business systems preferred.

Ability to travel to U.S. branch locations approximately 25–50% based on business needs.
Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about the inside of the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Daily operates a computer and other office equipment such as a copy machine and computer printer. Occasionally positions self to move boxes or equipment weighing 25 pounds or less. Frequently communicates with fellow employees and phone callers. Must be able to perceive objects at a distance and up close.
