Blending Operator

Location: Orlando, FL
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour, based on experience

Job Summary

The Blending Operator measures, mixes, and processes raw materials according to established procedures to produce high-quality dietary supplements and skincare products. This role requires attention to detail, safe equipment operation, accurate documentation, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to production instructions.

• Operate blending equipment, including tanks, pumps, and mixers.

• Follow blending procedures and verify product quality and consistency.

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to cGMP standards.

• Verify equipment calibration and maintain accurate production records.

• Identify and report material, product, or equipment issues.

• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

• Maintain an organized work area and assist other departments as needed.

• Safely operate a forklift after obtaining the required authorization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• At least 2 years of blending or compounding experience.

• Basic math skills and understanding of weights and measurements.

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.

• Must be available for additional hours when needed.

Working Conditions

• Onsite position in a manufacturing environment.

• Must follow all safety, sanitation, and good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
