- Work closely with a skilled, well-trained blender to mass produce spice blends for third-party customers.
- Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds of ingredients regularly.
- Document and verify the blending process, ensuring all work is done safely and efficiently.
- Perform repetitive motions and score well on aptitude tests.
- Pay rate is $17.00 - $18.00/hour based on experience, plus a Paid for Performance incentive.
- Shift starts at 6:20 am and ends when the job is done.
