Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused Blast Line to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is eager to learn, and wants to build a career in industrial manufacturing.
As a Blast Line, you will move steel plates through the blast line, monitor automated machinery and robotic systems, and help maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operate the blast line and move steel plates through the blasting process.

Run and monitor the vibrating table and related equipment.

Observe machinery and robotic systems to identify defects or equipment malfunctions.

Make basic machine adjustments as needed to maintain production quality.

Follow verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads.

Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance.

Report equipment issues or abnormal operating conditions promptly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications

Reliable with a strong work ethic and attendance record.

Willing to learn new skills and manufacturing processes.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Safety-minded with a commitment to following workplace procedures.

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 70 pounds as needed.

Ability to perform repetitive physical work throughout an 8-hour shift.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.

Ability to respond quickly to sounds and changing work conditions.

Ability to recognize workplace hazards and safely operate around industrial equipment.

Ability to wear required PPE throughout the shift.
