Bilingual E-Commerce Warehouse Clerk – $19.50/hr

We are hiring a Bilingual E-Commerce Warehouse Clerk for a fast-paced warehouse operation in Grove City! This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using computers, and enjoys problem-solving and working with numbers.

This position will help support the e-commerce operation by researching and resolving tickets, correcting order and inventory discrepancies, and communicating with warehouse employees and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Review, research, and resolve e-commerce and warehouse tickets.

• Investigate order, inventory, and quantity discrepancies.

• Use basic math to verify quantities, counts, and inventory information.

• Research orders and issues using computer and warehouse systems.

• Accurately enter and update information.

• Communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees.

• Work with warehouse associates and leadership to resolve issues.

• Help troubleshoot problem orders and inventory discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish – REQUIRED

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Warehouse, e-commerce, inventory, fulfillment, or clerical experience is preferred.

• Dependable with strong attendance.
