Job Summary
This role is responsible for assisting customers with return requests, processing returned merchandise, resolving issues, and communicating effectively in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and email regarding returns, exchanges, and product concerns
- Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish
- Process return authorizations and update records in warehouse management or inventory systems
- Inspect returned products and document damages or discrepancies
- Coordinate with team to ensure accurate receiving and disposition of returned merchandise
- Maintain accurate records of returns, credits, and customer communications
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Follow company policies and procedures related to returns and inventory control
- Support inventory audits and reporting as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service or warehouse experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
- Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds, as needed
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
