Shift:
- Overnight Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-Hour Shifts)
- Rotating Schedule:
2 Days On, 2 Days Off - Alternating Weekends Off
- Example:
- Week 1: Sun (Off), Mon–Tues (On), Wed–Thurs (Off), Fri–Sat (On) = 48 Hours
- Week 2: Sun (On), Mon–Tues (Off), Wed–Thurs (On), Fri–Sat (Off) = 36 Hours
- Example:
Pay:$28-$29/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety policies, work procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP)
- Operate Human-Machine Interface HMI) systems and select product recipes accurately
- Adjust batches based on supervisor direction or quality test results
- Collect and provide samples for quality testing and complete final batch calculations
- Clean processing equipment including tanks and lines using hand cleaning, CIP, and COP methods
- Collect accurate samples to monitor Clean-In-Place( CIP) systems and chemical concentrations
- Monitor and maintain process control systems
- Document accurate process data, wash parameters, and batch records
- Follow escalation protocols based on production or quality triggers
- Complete Master Sanitation Schedule (Client), Centerline (CL), and Clean, Inspect, Lubricate( CIL) tasks accurately and on time
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when necessary
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate equipment effectively after training
- Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication
Food Safety Requirements
- Report any issues that may impact product quality or food safety
- Perform all duties in accordance with company, customer, and regulatory standards
- Take action to prevent food safety or quality issues
- Identify and document concerns related to materials, processes, or systems
- Stop or control processing or use of nonconforming product until resolved
Physical Requirements
- Sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying up to 60 pounds, with team lifting required for items over 100 pounds.
- Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping include pushing and pulling materials such as pallets and pipe fittings.
- Squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, turning under equipment and connecting or serving equipment.
- Climbing, balancing, reaching of stairs or ladders is required
- Hand use and dexterity for operating equipment, connecting fittings, and performing cleaning duties.
- Work conditions may include exposure to ambient and elevated temperatures ( up to approximately 110°F) due to equipment operation and sanitation processes.
