Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Banner Student Consultant to join its Managed Services team. This role supports integrated administrative solutions for colleges and universities, with responsibilities spanning configuration, conversion, implementation, testing, and deployment of Banner Student solutions.
The consultant will partner with higher education institutions to support modernization initiatives and cloud/SaaS transformations, helping ensure successful solution adoption and positive outcomes for students and campus operations.

Core Responsibilities
• Support configuration, conversion, implementation, testing, and deployment of Banner Student solutions.
• Provide expertise in Person Record Management, Catalog and Curriculum design, Registration, Self-Service operations for Students and Faculty, and Student Life.
• Bridge functional and technical aspects of Client solutions to align with customer business objectives.
• Lead performance improvement and modernization initiatives, including SaaS implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with Professional Services teams to improve processes and promote best practices.
• Deliver high-quality services while adapting to evolving technologies and methodologies.
• Support customer success through project goal achievement, customer satisfaction, and utilization objectives.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
• 3-5 years of Banner experience, including implementation and deployment within key modules.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and root cause analysis skills utilizing critical thinking and creativity.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to expand knowledge across additional Client solutions.
• Commitment to service excellence and organizational values.

Preferred Skills or Experience
• Knowledge of enrollment cycles, Accounts Receivable, and Business Office Operations.
• Experience with consortium or system-wide models and state regulations, including California, Texas, Florida, and New York.
• Functional experience with Colleague modules, including Core, Finance, Financial Aid, HR, Payroll, and Reporting tools.
• Experience with Recruit, Self-Service, Ethos Integration, Elevate, and Colleague solutions.

Work Details
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
