Automotive Technician / Vehicle Assembly Technician

Orlando/Winter Park/ Maitland
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday | Full-Time | Overtime Available
Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble automotive parts, trim pieces, bumpers, mirrors, headlights, taillights, doors, hoods, and other vehicle components.
- Sand, buff, polish, and prep vehicle surfaces for paint or final delivery.
- Remove and reinstall interior and exterior vehicle components.
- Perform light mechanical repairs and assist with general vehicle maintenance as needed.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed work to ensure proper fit, finish, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow shop procedures and safety guidelines while meeting production deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive assembly, body shop, collision repair, vehicle restoration, or general automotive work preferred.
- Experience installing automotive parts and accessories.
- Familiarity with sanding, buffing, polishing, and surface preparation techniques.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read work instructions.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
