Automotive Assembly Technician – Avon, OH
Pay:$16.50 per hour
Shift:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Join a growing manufacturing team in Avon, Ohio! We are seeking dependable individuals to assemble automotive components in a clean, team-oriented production environment. No previous automotive experience is required training is provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive parts according to work instructions
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Perform quality inspections on completed products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Monday–Friday
- Pay:$16.50 per hour
- Opportunity for overtime based on production needs
