Accessory Installer
Nesco Resource is hiring Accessory Installers! This is a hands-on position working with vehicles in a manufacturing environment. If you have experience using hand and power tools, enjoy detailed work, and take pride in quality, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Available Shifts:
- A Crew: Monday–Thursday | 5:45 AM–3:45 PM - $18.40/hr.
- B Crew: Tuesday–Friday | 4:00 PM–2:00 AM - $19.31/hr.
- C Crew: Friday & Saturday | 5:45 AM–3:45 PM and Sunday & Monday | 4:00 PM–2:00 AM - $19.77/hr.
What You'll Do:
- Install accessories and components on customer vehicles, including custom graphics, splash guards, cross bars, remote starts, bumpers, and other vehicle upfits.
- Remove factory-installed components and install new components as required.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and torque wrenches to complete installations.
- Follow written work instructions and technical specifications to ensure installations meet customer requirements.
- Verify proper torque and other key product specifications.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before vehicles are released.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months–1 year of accessory installation experience preferred/required based on client criteria.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and good hand dexterity/fine motor skills.
- Graphic installation experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various positions throughout the shift.
