About the Role
We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Packaging Technician to join a fast-paced packaging team at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you'll operate packaging equipment, follow established procedures, and help ensure products are packaged safely, accurately, and in compliance with quality standards.

What You'll Do:
- Operate packaging and production equipment, including start-up, basic adjustments, and in-process quality checks
- Accurately complete batch records and production documentation
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines at all times
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to established procedures
- Work closely with supervisors and teammates to meet daily production goals
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or a regulated production environment is preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to follow written procedures and document work accurately
- Basic computer skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on an intermittent basis
