Salary/rate: $20.61/hour
Requirements: HS Diploma/GED, previous manufacturing experience
We are seeking candidates with previous experience working as a Manufacturing Operator or Assembler, preferably in a 3rd shift/overnight manufacturing environment.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling and packaging products according to established specifications and work instructions.
- Performing quality checks throughout the assembly process.
- Maintaining productivity and meeting daily production goals.
- Safely operating production tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Identifying and reporting quality, equipment, or production issues to supervisors.
- Following all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.
- Previous experience working 3rd shift/overnight is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized work procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing tools, equipment, or production software is a plus.
