Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Operator- 2nd Shift
Location: Marana, AZ
Terms: Contract
Salary/rate: $19.89/hour
Requirements: HS Diploma/GED
Job Summary:
Assemble products following specifications
Ensure quality control during assembly
Maintain production efficiency
Operate tools and machinery safely
Report issues to supervisors
Cross train on multiple stations
Runs automated systems/equipment and sequences of operation, including: equipment setup, operation and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting.
Position Requirements:
- 0–5 years of experience
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication abilities
-Strong attention to detail
-Willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
-Candidates must be willing to work 5-10 hours of OT/ week as needed.
-Candidates must also be willing to work 2 Saturdays/month if production demands require it.
-Proficiency in industry tools/software
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs
-Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.
Education:
-Highschool diploma or GED
-Associates degree is preferred but not required
