Responsibilities:
- Assist the Controller in the preparation of financial statements
- Managing the financial reporting processes, overseeing monthly/quarterly/annual reports
- Assist with annual tax filings, internal compliance, and annual audit preparation
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, cash flow statements, and following up on billing issues
- Perform cost accounting duties and inventory reconciliations
- General ledger management including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Managing the month-end close processes including accruals and bank recs
- Assist in the annual budget, forecasting, and financial analytics
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in corporate or public accounting
- Strong financial reporting and consolidations expertise
- General ledger management, experience overseeing month-end close processes
- Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Excel; experience utilizing an ERP required
- Excellent communicative and organizational skills
