Production Assembler – Natural Energy Components
We are currently hiring Production Assemblers for a manufacturing facility producing framing components for the natural energy industry. This is a short-term assignment expected to run through September, with potential for extension based on workload and production needs.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Some Fridays may be required based on production demands
Job Duties:
- Assemble metal framing components using hand tools and air drills
- Fasten nuts, bolts, and hardware to assemblies according to work instructions
- Work in rotating teams, typically in groups of 2
- Retrieve and transport parts using carts as needed
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety and production procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to use hand tools and power/air tools
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Must be dependable and safety-conscious
Physical Requirements:
- Light industrial work environment
- Parts weigh approximately 7 lbs. when assembled
- No heavy lifting required
