Assembly Technician
Responsibilities
- Assemble custom metal components using blueprints and work instructions.
- Install mechanical hardware and related components.
- Measure, drill, cut, and prepare materials for assembly.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
- Operate hand and power tools safely while maintaining a clean work area.
- 2 years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience installing mechanical hardware and components.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with commercial hardware installation.
- Background in metal fabrication or custom manufacturing.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
